Társaságunk általános szerződéses feltételei valamennyi ügyletünkre érvényesek, amennyiben partnerekinkkel ettől eltérő megállapodást nem kötünk. Amennyiben partnereink az ÁSZF valamely részével nem értenek egyet, azt írásban (papíralapon, vagy elektronikus formában jelezniük kell, és az észrevételük a cégünk visszajelzése után válik érvényessé).

The General Purchase Conditions (GPC) of our company shall form an integral part of all business transactions between the supplier and which confer to the sale and supply of goods or the performance of other services to Martin Metals Kft. IN case if any condition are not relevant for our seperate partner, they shall in written paper or electronic form ask for an correction of the agreement for a scpecial exclusion of the part of GPC. This separate correction will be valid after confirmation of the Martin Metals Kft.
